A true Lowland malt, similar to a traditional Irish Malt. Very fragrant, with a hint of heather and a white pepper finish.

Cragganmore,  15 year Un-chillfiltered  / 92 proof   $ 9.00
This is classic Speyside Malt is very floral with a true balance, scoring 90 points in Malt Advocate Magazine.

Edradour , 10 year  (Smallest distiller in Scotland)   $ 8.00
Multi-layered, very complex, with a  notable sherry nose. Almonds and spice dance with a light whiff of smoke.

Hudge malt, with an extreme smooth sherry nose. Many flavours are present. Which are greatly enhanced with a  drop of water. The flavours will explode!

A smooth example of a  classic malt, round even weighted taste. Very balanced with a soft sherry influence.

 Speyside Highland that has a high amount of peat nose and a strong smoke flavor resembling a Islay malt.  If you enjoy Islay malts please try this tongue twister you won’t be disappointed! 

Bowmore Un-chillfiltered  12 year / 92 proof   $ 9.00
An Islay malt with a medium iodine and smoke flavour. Well balanced, far less intense when compared to Lephroig or Ardbeg.
