Glenkinchie 10yr (Lowland) - Slightly sweet, grassy nose. Dry, perfect apertif single malt. Known as the “Edinburgh Malt” because it is located just 15mi outside the city. Best served on rocks with a lemon
twist.

Cragganmore 12yr (Speyside) - Fruity, oaky nose. Round body with creamy malty sweet finish. Very complex whisky. Nice with chocolate!

Dalwhinnie 15yr (Highlands) - Aromatic and heathery, with a sweet honeyed body and flavor. The highest distillery in Scotland at 1073ft. Served neat in a snifter.

Oban 14yr (Western Highlands) - Well balanced with a hint of the sea & earth, but finishing up with a tad of sweet orange on the finish.

Talisker 10yr (Skye) - The “king o’ drinks” said Robert Louis Stevenson. Briney, smokey, peppery and rugged. The most award winning whisky under 12 years of age! Terrific served on ice.

Lagavulin 16yr (Islay) - “The Rolls Royce of Islay Whiskies”! Big smoke, complex fruit and a long lingering finish! The perfect bedtime scotch.

Bushmills- A blended Irish whiskey that is soft and round with fruity notes. Nice with a splash of soda or ginger ale.

Black Bush - Sherry aged single malts with a bit of grain whiskey. Delicious on the rocks!
